Uygulamaya erişebiliyorsan

Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Veri ve hesap yönetimi → Dunley hesabı bölümünden hesap silme seçeneğini aç. Uygulamanın gösterdiği kapsamı inceleyip onayla. Güvenli işlem için yeniden giriş veya hesap doğrulaması istenebilir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Uygulamayı yeniden indirmen gerekmez. Dunley’e bağladığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden destek adresimize yaz. Konuya “Dunley hesap silme talebi” yazman yeterlidir. Başka bir adresten yazarsan hesap sahipliğini doğrulamak için ek bilgi istenebilir.

Şifreni, doğrulama kodunu veya ödeme kartı bilgilerini gönderme. Bir e-posta göndermek tek başına anında silme işlemi yapmaz; talebin sahiplik doğrulaması ve güvenli silme süreciyle ele alınır.

Hangi veriler kapsama girer?

Hesap silme; Dunley hesap kimliğini, hesaba bağlı özel bulut kayıtlarını ve ilişkili Çevrem verilerini ilgili silme akışının kapsamına göre kaldırmayı amaçlar. Kendi telefonundaki yerel veriler ile buluttaki hesap verileri farklı kapsamlardır. Uygulama içindeki son onay ekranı yerel silme kapsamını ayrıca gösterir.

Paylaşılan içerikler ve varsa güvenlik amaçlı gerekli kayıtların saklama/silme ayrıntıları nihai gizlilik politikasında belirtilecektir. Henüz doğrulanmamış bir tamamlanma süresi vaat etmiyoruz.

Abonelik ve Google hesabı ayrı işlemlerdir

Dunley hesabını silmek, Google hesabını silmez ve Google Play aboneliğini otomatik iptal etmez. Üyeliğini yönetmek için Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler bölümünü kullanabilirsin. Abonelik iptali, hesap silme talebi göndermenin ön koşulu değildir.

If you can access the app

Open Settings → Privacy → Data and account management → Dunley account and choose account deletion. Review the scope shown in the app and confirm. Sign-in or account verification may be required for a secure operation.

If you cannot access the app

You do not need to reinstall it. Email support from the Google account email linked to Dunley, with the subject “Dunley account deletion request”. If you use another email address, additional ownership verification may be required.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment card details. Sending an email does not instantly delete data; your request is handled through ownership verification and a secure deletion process.

What data is covered?

Account deletion aims to remove your Dunley account identity, private account-linked cloud records and related Circle data according to the applicable deletion flow. Local data on your phone and cloud account data are distinct scopes. The final confirmation in the app separately describes local deletion.

Shared-content retention and any necessary security-record retention will be stated in the final privacy policy. We do not promise an unverified completion period.

Subscriptions and your Google account are separate

Deleting Dunley does not delete your Google account or automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage membership in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. Subscription cancellation is not a prerequisite for sending an account deletion request.
